There is one bathroom on the main floor with a sink, toilet, bathtub and shower. Towels, bath towels, face clothes are provided for guests. If they are in need of shampoo, soap, ect. We made provide upon request. There is a bathroom in the basement level of the
house with a.private bathroom, a corner shower, a sink and toilet.
The suite has a queen size bed, a double sofa bed and a single bed. |

| There is a common/living room for guests to enjoy listening to music, watching movies; there is satellite T.V. and surround sound. We have movies on VHS and DVD to watch upon request. We have a small selection of magazines and books to read. |

We are close downtown Morden, where there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. So you can park your vehicle and enjoy a pleasant walk in the historical town of Morden. We have the beautiful flower gardens to walk through at the Morden Research Station. The natural park scenery of the local park is scenery to take in. We have walk paths and bicycle paths that lead you through the beautiful Minnewasta Golf Course and lead all the way up to the lake. Where you may walk or cycle up to with a picnic meal we can provide for you. You can also visit the Baseball Hall of Fame Museum at the Morden recreation center. You may want to take in the Morden Museum in the basement of the recreation center and get involved with in their weekend fossil digs (please inform us or the museum before coming for stay). There is the Pembina Valley Art Gallery on Stephen Street, which is a 15 or 20-min walk. Come enjoy the annual Corn and Apple Festival, which happens the last full week end of august. We can provide you with info on events. For your movie watching and more shopping convenience there is the city of Winkler ten minutes east of Morden with a full shopping mall and other major stores and a movie cinema. Please take a walk in Morden and enjoy the history such as the old fieldstone houses on Stephen Street. In July we are a short drive to La Riviere, MB where the yearly performance of the acclaimed play "The Carpenter." is preformed, we can provide you with directions. We have a beautiful and challenging eighteen-hole golf course at the Minnewasta Golf Club. Which also provide licensed dinning.
